The first step will be to contact us and schedule a FREE Design consultation at your home with a professional closet designer. Once you contact us, we will set up a meeting to meet your schedule and assign a professional closet designer to meet you at your home.

Design Consultation

During the consultation meeting, our designer will discuss design ideas and note your personal closets and storage requirements as well as your budget and guide you through the finish selections by presenting samples of the available finishes. 

Finally the designer will accurately measure your closets for the actual design process.

Professional Design

The design process is done in our office using a closets design software that built especially for closets. 

The designer will draft a preliminary design based on the information collected during the meeting and will use our software to create a visual presentation of the proposed design.

The preliminary design and preliminary total quote will be emailed to you in a day or two, or another meeting will be scheduled for presentation of large projects.

We will revise the design according to your comments as many times as necessary in order to fit the closet to your exact storage requirements, your budget and your finish preference.

Ordering

Once you are 100% satisfied with the final design, our designer will send you the order form to finalize and collect your building management information in order to provide them with certificate of insurance. 

When the order is finalized, we will issue a certificate insurance for your building management to approve the installation and will process the order for manufacturing

Schedule

We will schedule the installation to a preferred date and coordinate with the building

Our lead time is known to be relatively fast compared to other companies and we always do our best to accommodate any rush project.

Installation 

Our installers will arrive in the morning of the installation day and start to prepare the installation area and the closets we are about to install, if agreed in advance, we will remove/dispose the existing system and patch the holes it creates before we start the installation process.
