A: Our lead time for custom closet fabrication is one the shortest on the market and we usually can have it installed 3-5 weeks after finalizing.

A. A design consultation is usually takes about an hour including measurements.
Q. How long will it takes till I can see the custom closet design and pricing?
A. Custom closet design usually takes a day or two for most projects and in most cases we will email the closet design and quote for your first review and will meet again if clarification is needed.

A. Yes, the custom closet system is an adjustable system, however not all the parts are adjustable.
Q. Is the custom closet system mounted on the wall or sits on the floor?
A. The custom closet system can be one of the two or a combination between the two, a floor design usually cost more due to additional material, we will offer you with the best custom closet design that will fit your needs and budget.

A: We can remove your existing closet system and patch the holes but need to know that in advance.

A. We can paint your closet space at additional cost with an advance notice but recommend to have it done by your contractor prior to our arrival.

A: The closet installation is built into our price as we only provide a full service that included closet design, supply and installation.
Q: How long does a closet installation takes?
A: That really depends on the size of your closet project. usually a closet installation takes one day for a medium NYC custom closet project but we do not limit our time as good closet installation is the top of our priorities.
Q: Do you warranty your custom closets?
A: Any fully paid closet project is entitled for a 3 years full warranty as long as the system wasn't abused or relocated.
